A supportive space to prepare for your birth, feel more confident in your choices, and go into the experience feeling calm and informed.

For those who would like support preparing for birth, but don’t feel they need a doula present during labour.

Includes 3 x 60 min antenatal sessions, where we can explore:

  • Your birth preferences and options

  • What to expect during labour and birth

  • Ways to stay calm and supported

  • Partner support and roles

  • Your rights and advocating for them

  • A postnatal care plan

  • Any fears or worries you may be holding

These sessions are completely tailored to you - a space to ask questions, talk things through, and feel more prepared for what’s ahead.

These sessions can take place in your home or online, with space for a cup of tea, questions, and honest conversation.

Birth support

Nurturing, continuous support through pregnancy, labour, and birth - so you feel reassured, informed, and truly supported throughout your experience. However and wherever you decide to give birth: at home, birth centre or hospital, I can support you.

Includes:

  • 3 x antenatal sessions (in your home or online)

  • Ongoing support via message during pregnancy

  • On-call support from 38 weeks

  • Continuous support during labour and birth

  • 1 x postpartum visit to check in and reflect

This support is for you if:
You want a calm, steady presence during birth and someone focused on your emotional wellbeing as well as your experience.

Investment: £1800 - payment plans available upon request

Postpartum support

Gentle, responsive support during the early weeks and months with your baby - so you feel held, rested, and cared for too.

Each visit begins with a check-in:
“What would feel most helpful today?”

Support may include:

  • Emotional support and reassurance

  • Space to reflect on your birth

  • Holding baby while you rest or shower

  • Light household tasks

  • Creating a calm, supportive environment

Packages: visits in 3 hour sessions

    Gentle, steady support as you settle into life with your baby.

  • The Holding (39 hours)
    Deeper, ongoing support so you feel truly cared for in the early weeks.

This support is for you if:
You want to feel less alone, more supported, and truly looked after during the early days of parenthood.

Investment:

The Nest (21 hours of support - 7 sessions): £630

The Holding (39 hours of support - 13 sessions): £1170

Overnight care

Gentle, overnight support so you can rest more deeply during the early weeks with your baby.

Having someone calm and experienced in your home overnight can bring a sense of reassurance, allowing you to fully switch off and get the sleep you need.

Support may include:

  • Caring for your baby while you sleep

  • Bringing baby to you for feeds and settling them afterwards

  • Emotional reassurance during the night

  • Creating a calm, restful environment

This support is always led by your preferences - whether you’d like more hands-on help or simply the comfort of knowing someone is there.

Investment: £250 per night

Overnight support is typically offered between 9pm–6am (flexible depending on your needs) and is an addition to postpartum packages.
